At Hot Mess Apothecary, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Digital Products

All digital product sales, including ebooks, guides, downloads, and printable materials, are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.

Candles & Physical Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles or other physical products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Hot Mess Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
